    Greetings Astellians!

    For smooth game service, EU_Aquarius and EU_Canceria servers will be consolidated.

    Server Consolidation Schedule
    (PDT) MAR 17th, 2020 00:00 - 03:00
    (CET) MAR 17th, 2020 08:00 - 11:00
    (KST) MAR 17th, 2020 16:00 -19:00
    All work will be done during regular maintenance. Please read and take the following precautions before the merger.

    [Precautions For Server Merge]
    1. Using the Auction House will be limited.
    - Please do not use the Auction House - it will be restricted from March 15th (48 hours prior to the regular maintenance).

    2. Character slot
    - Please organize your current characters to fit the remaining character slots.
    1) Five basic slots and additional purchased slots are based on 1 server.
    2) If you exceed the character slots you have during server consolidation, the characters you exceed will be deleted.
    3) The characters waiting to be deleted will be counted as normal characters, so you must delete the characters to be deleted in advance.
    4) Character deletion ranking
    - 1st Priority: Count characters from server 1 to server 2 to delete excess characters.
    - 2nd Priority: The character with the lower level will be deleted first.
    - 3rd Priority: The recently created character will be deleted first.
    5) All relevant information for the delete character will be deleted. (EX: Guild, Friend, Block List, etc.)

    3. Account warehouse
    - If each server is open, the open cost of server number 2 will be paid separately.
    - After server consolidation, only up to 10 items will remain in the account warehouse.
    - In case there are more than 10 items in the account warehouse on server 1 and 2,
    It is stored based on the priority below, and the excess items are deleted so that there are no more than 10 items.
    Please clean the warehouse in advance.
    - 1st Priority: Items that are sealed (with a seal) and items that have a request such as run-in are kept first.
    - 2nd Priority: Items with higher grade will have higher priority be stored first.
    - 3rd Priority: Items are stored in this order: Equipment > supplies > other items

    4. Transferring Character data
    - Most of the information about the characters that are integrated from server 2 to server 1 is kept.
    - Level, experience, ex-status, Strengthening the Stat, Quest/Operational Information, a Star's Tale, Item(Fitted, Inventory, Character warehouse)
    Environment settings such as skill information, postal information, Astel retention information, collection/manufacturing skills, key mapping, and Layout storage status

    5. Transferring Content-related data
    - Some information such as server ranking on server 2 will disappear and be kept as much as possible.
    - Maintained information: Dungeon information, points for the duel field section, and the Battlefield ladder point (1 server, 2 server integration rank).
    - Excluded information: Colosseum ranking, pre-Avalon season record

    6. BM Goods and Account Services
    - The goods and period services applied on a per-server basis are added together
    The 1 Gem holding quantity is the sum of the 2 servers.
    For two-time account service products, the account service period purchased on both servers will be added

    7. Guild and Community data
    - Guild data and friend/block list will be transferred to server 1.
    However, if there is a character that is deleted in the guild, the character will be deleted.
    If the guild master is deleted, other users within the guild will be given Guild Master privileges.
    Guild Master privileges are based on the rankings below.
    - 1st Priority: A character with a high rank becomes a guild master.
    - 2nd Priority: A character with a high weekly contribution becomes the guild master.
    - 3rd Priority: Character with high cumulative contribution becomes guild master.
    - Guild will be deleted if the number of guild members becomes zero after deleting a guild master.
