For most players, you'll most commonly hear them referred to as "Macro Programs" or "Bots", which allow players to use software to automate play. In the interest of maintaining a fair and fun environment for all Astellians, the use of these types of programs is not permitted. Players who are caught using such programs will have their accounts permanently suspended, and are not eligible for refunds. We do not enjoy having to take such drastic actions, though it is necessary to ensure a level playing field is maintained.
